Rare Images of Prototype Aircraft
These are very rare photographic images of various prototype aircraft including turbo props and jets from the 1950s to the 1960s. They all came from the Esso Research and Engineering Labs in New Jersey, they are transparencies mounted in glass frames similar to magic lantern slides.
Each slide is shown individually starting with photo number 3 as it appears with normal lighting, and the full photo of the slide next to it as follows:
